Sam here! I apologize for any instance where I was unable to make a customer happy or perhaps I seemed rude to someone. I deal with hundreds of people weekly, as I know many others do, but occasionally I am exhausted and don't show the proper patience necessary in dealing with the public.
There have also been times when I neglected to transfer someones information to my calendar and missed an appointment which rightfully made them angry. Sorry, once it happens there is no going back and I understand your anger.
I have found over the years that the thousands of happy customers go on with their busy lives and don't bother to leave glowing reviews on the Internet. I’m the same way - I simply don't have the time.
I have also found that there are people who can't wait to trash someones reputation at the least provocation. Fortunately I have managed to spot these types at the estimating stage of the business and was able to avoid working for them.
There are negative comments about me personally, and I probably deserve them, but you will not find any complaints about my workmanship or quality built fences. Thats what we do - build great fences!
